Sweet Pea Ranch is a nine acre working ranch nestled at the base of Mt. Baldy and is conveniently located in upland. There are Panoramic views of the Mountains. Your package Includes: Arbor Ceremony Area, The Rock Garden, Rustic Romantic Reveal Stairs, Rock Fountain area, and The Red Barn. Your guest will be greeted upon their arrival by our Sweet Pea Ranch Hostess, they will be directed to our rustic farm table located near our vintage swing under our shade trees where they can enjoy fresh lemonade, iced tea and lemon infused water prior to your ceremony

Bridal Suite
Upon arrival the Bridal Party is welcomed by our House Hostess, you will be assisted with your wedding attire and shown the Shabby Chic Bridal Suite. Mason Jars have already been chilled prior to your arrival for your preferred beverages as you get ready for your ceremony. The Groom and Groomsmen will have exclusive access to the cigar and men’s lounge as well as the horseshoe pits prior to ceremony where they can relax and enjoy laughs and stories. The Bridal Suite is for the Bridal Party,parents and grandparents only

Wedding Planning and Coordinating
From the moment you book with us my staff is communicating and assisting you with every wedding detail.

This helps to eliminate pre-wedding stress. Our Venue Assistants will be available to schedule tasting,

coordinate vendor meetings, develop timelines review venue schematics,

schedule detail meetings and coordinate rehearsals.

You will be assigned a Venue Assistant on the day of your wedding.

They will make sure that all decor and wedding details

are carried out and will check in with the bride.creating a stress free day.

Country Dinner Reception
You and your guest will completely enjoy the feel of an old fashioned Sunday Dinner.Your guest are arriving to down home style cooking and the smell of dinner being prepared on our deep pit BBQ by our pit master. This catering option including two appetizers,two Entrees, two side dishes,two Salads and dinner bread. You may choose items such as trip tip, BBQ chicken, home style mac n cheese, garlic mashed potatoes with home style gravy. A menu will be provided for you and a tasting set up once you book with us. There is usually a wonderful interaction between our pit master and your guest. Your dinner is served buffet style. The Reception area is in front of the barn under the market lights. Our custom Farm tables and benches with delicate burlap and lace runners are included in your proposal. Beautiful mason jars with simple floral center pieces are added along with china, flatware, goblets and carafes of fresh water with lemon slices are all added to your beautiful farm table to complete your country dinner theme

Hosted Beer & Wine and a Beverage Bar
Your packge includes a hosted Beer and Wine bar. This service is four hours and includes the bartender, bar, and liquor. You will have the opportunity to provide suggestions for some of your favorite beers and wine about 30 days prior to your wedding. The bar service begins during cocktail hour right after your ceremony and ends about a half hour prior to the end of your event. We have fresh brewed coffee available during the last half hour.

We use a fully licensed liquor catering partner

The self-service Soft Beverage bar includes fresh lemonade, lemon infused water, fresh brewed regular iced tea. These beverages are beautifully displayed on our rustic farm table as your guest arrive. Mason jars are used and displayed at the beverage table. They are welcome to have some fresh lemonade or iced tea prior to the ceremony start time

The Hot Beverage Service includes fresh brewed coffee, Hot water for tea, specialty creamers for coffee and glass coffee mugs for serving. This service begins during the dinner hour and remains in place the rest of the evening

Entertainment Package
This entertainment package includes our Disc Jockey that specializes in wedding and DJ services for the ceremony and reception. Our DJ will provide all the necessary equipment for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. You will be able to customize a play list within 30 days in advance. You will have an opportunity meet with your DJ prior to your Wedding day. Our DJ Team has the ability to customize your play list to match your vision for your day. They truly are a talented team that can take your event from a classy ceremony bridal party entrance, a sassy ceremony exit following the bride and grooms "I Do", Fun Bridal Party reveal with custom songs for each entrance, speeches during dinner hour to what everyone is waiting for....... Crazy Dancing with a club atmosphere in the Barn!! Simply said... Fun! You and Your guest will be talking about your wedding for years

Pinterest Inspired Dessert Bar

Your Proposal includes a wonderful dessert bar and cutting cake for photo ops. You will be able to choose a wide selection of your favorite desserts such as, mini pies, brownie bites, cheese cake bites, mini cupcakes, lemon bars, caramel apples, and much more...My staff will display and set up a pinterest inspired dessert table using vintage plates and rustic trays. Fresh brewed coffee bar with specialty creamers is available during this tim

 The Outlaw Cigar Bar

A rustic cigar bar is available for you and your guest to enjoy. Grab your favorite dessert with drink in hand and join your friends in the Cigar Bar. You may bring your own cigars or we can provide a Cigar Roller for an additional cost. Custom labels can be created and cigars are provided for your guest while they watch our Cigar Roller prepare them on site. Either way, the Cigar Bar is always a big hit.

Fire Pit

Our most popular area for guest to hang out. The fire pits are surrounded by straw bale couch seating with cozy blankets for comfort. Depending on fire conditions the Fire pits are lit at dusk and maintained by Sweet Pea staff. Guest love this area. S'mores and a hot chocolate bar can be added to your proposal upon request at an additional cost.

Sparkler Exit

A great way to end your evening!! Sweet Pea Staff Gathers your guest to a certain spot after the last dance. A human Tunnel is formed by guest holding 36" Sparklers. The Bride and Groom Walk slowly through the Sparklers while your just are cheering and rooting for you. A great photo opportunity! See our website for some examples. You provide the Sparklers

The Next Step

Congratulations! You have accepted the proposal and executed the contract we will then finalize the specific details and arrangements for event. Please keep in mind that your date and Sweet Pea Ranch Venue are not secured until contract is signed and the first payment is received. This proposal price is only good for 30 days from the date of this proposal. Once the contract is signed the pricing will be held for your event.

We do not save any dates without booking and making your first payment.

Your special day will be completely staffed in order to assure the seamless running of your event. Our staff is friendly and helpful. All pricing is included in this proposal. There are no hidden cost or additional fees added unless you request additional services. Venue is rented for a total of five hours. Bridal party and Vendors may arrive 1.5 hours prior to ceremony and have one hour after end of event to remove decor and personal items
